John Oates, my Grandfather, is on the bottom row, far right.
There is a large blow up of this picture in the WI Historical Society's building in Madison, WI. Of the men standing in the background, the shortest one on the left side looks just like my younger brother at 20. I've taken this as evidence it is John Oates.
